COMMIT to Mental Health
May 1st-31st
This May, we’re turning the volume up on something that matters.
Find the Beat & Breathe is back, our Compassion Through Action initiative in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month. And across the US our COMMIT COMMunITy is coming together in powerful ways.
From high energy classes to creative experiences and meaningful moments.
However you show up, it all leads back to one purpose, creating space for connection, conversation and care around mental health.
Our goal is simple, but it runs deep. To remind people they’re not alone. To create environments where you can move, release, feel, and just be. Because mental health isn’t just something we talk about… it’s something we support, together.
We believe in the power of movement.
To shift energy. To lift spirits. To bring people closer.
So whether you’re dancing it out, showing up for someone else, or simply taking a moment to breathe, you’re part of something bigger.
Let’s move with purpose.
Let’s show up for each other.
Let’s keep the conversation going.
COMMIT to Your Power, Claim Your Peace
The 2026 Find the Beat & Breathe Collection is officially live in the Swag Shop.
It’s bold. It’s fun. It starts conversations. And yeah… it looks real good while doing it.
Because supporting your mental health? Well, that’s always gonna be in style.
