COMMIT SCULPT is a music-driven, full-body strength experience that blends resistance training, rhythm, and movement into one high-energy format. Created from the heart of COMMIT Dance Fitness, this program was built with intention—to help participants sculpt lean muscle, improve strength, and experience powerful transformation through consistency.

This class uses a strategic mix of dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight to guide participants through isolation and compound movements choreographed to the beat of the music. Cardio bursts elevate the heart rate, while each track targets a different muscle group to support balanced strength, mobility, and recovery. Over time, members progress through resistance challenges using principles of progressive overload, building strength and stamina while toning the full body.

This is more than movement to music—it’s functional training layered with purpose, power, and pulse-pounding rhythm. COMMIT SCULPT is where strength becomes confidence and effort leads to evolution.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

A typical COMMIT SCULPT class lasts 45 to 55 minutes. You’ll move through a structured flow starting with a warm-up, followed by targeted upper and lower body segments, core work, and a cool-down to close. Expect a variety of functional movements—like squats, lunges, presses, and floorwork—blended with cardio intervals to raise your heart rate.

Classes are beginner-friendly, with options and progressions to challenge every fitness level. Whether you’re new to strength training or building on an existing foundation, you’ll feel supported, empowered, and energized every step of the way.

To get the most out of your SCULPT experience, we recommend a set of dumbbells—light (3–8 lbs) for beginners, moderate (10–15 lbs) for regulars, and heavier (20+ lbs) if you're more advanced. Having two weight options is ideal to support progression.

You will also want a medium-resistance booty band (preferably fabric, worn above the knees), a mat or soft surface for floorwork, a towel, water bottle, supportive shoes, and comfortable athletic wear. Make sure you have enough space to move freely through lunges, squats, and transitions from standing to the floor.
